6.6. Violating computer network security and deciphering passwords or security codes is strictly forbidden. Those who violate this rule may face severe measures, including account suspension and legal action.

6.7. Running mailing lists, list servers, auto-responders, spam, or processes that execute or initiate while not logged in, or actions interfering with the proper operation of the service (including placing excessive load on the service infrastructure)

6.8. Manual or automated data extraction (crawling), collection (scraping) from the Site and its contents is strictly forbidden. This can disrupt the Site's operation and deteriorate the user experience.

6.9. Copying or saving substantial parts of the content without permission is prohibited. The Site's information is protected by copyright law, and unauthorized duplication can potentially lead to legal action.

6.10. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to acquire the service's source code, fundamental ideas, or information without permission are strictly prohibited. Discovery of such actions may lead to legal action.

7.1. If a user violates this Agreement or fraudulent behavior is detected, the Site may take measures like temporary suspension of the user's account, restriction of service usage, or deletion.

8.1. The Site earnestly responds to deletion or correction requests from the owners of each AI tool posted.

8.3. Upon receiving your deletion or correction request, we will promptly investigate and take the appropriate action.

8.4. However, we may require information to verify that the request is from the owner of the AI tool. This information is solely used for processing the request and not for other purposes.

9.1. The Site may contain links to other websites ("Third-party Websites") or content owned or originated by third parties ("Third-party Contents").

9.2. Third-party Websites and Third-party Contents are not investigated, monitored, or confirmed for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by the Site.

9.3. The Site does not hold responsibility for Third-party Websites that can be accessed through the Site or Third-party Contents that are posted, published, or installed on the Site.

9.4. Linking to Third-party Websites, containing Third-party Contents, or permitting their use or installation does not signify endorsement or recommendation by the Site.

9.5. When you leave the Site to access a Third-party Website or use or install Third-party Contents, it's at your own risk, and this Agreement no longer applies.

9.6. Users bear responsibility for verifying the terms of use and policies related to websites navigated from the Site or applications used or installed from the Site.

9.7. Purchases made by users through Third-party Websites are conducted via other websites and companies, and the Site does not bear any responsibility for such purchases.

9.8. Users agree to indemnify the Site from any damages incurred from purchasing products or services provided on Third-party Websites, acknowledging that the Site does not approve such products or services.

9.9. Users agree to indemnify the Site from any potential losses or damages incurred in connection with Third-party Contents or Third-party Websites.

10.1. The Site is not responsible for any unexpected errors or interruptions, or the accuracy of information.

11.1. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.

11.2. In case of a dispute relating to this Agreement, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
